Our system for success

PREP – The first part of your session is always preparation. We use a combination of mobility and corrective dynamic stretches in order to prep your body for performance.

PLAY – Fun is a huge part of our ethos and we want you to enjoy your sessions. So, as part of your warm up, we spend time playing games that work you out but also build rapport and self esteem.

MOVE – We use circuit training to maximise your time and results. Our circuit training consists of 4 times exercises. Lower body, upper body, cardio and core to ensure that you get a complete workout.

What's included

We coach you on how to set goals, improve your mindset and get focused.

Our programme includes full nutritional guidance and support to help you nourish your body with the right foods and assist you in creating healthy habits that set you up for success.

Our coaches track and monitor you via monthly check in’s where we assess your body fat percentage, take measurements and discuss any other areas that you might need support with.

You will train three times per week with each session lasting one hour. Booking your sessions is really easy, simply download our app and choose from a variety of time slots that suit your availability.

Full access to the gym so you can train as much as you like.
