You’ve Got Problems

You’ve probably decided to read this blog because you’ve got problems…. Everyone has problems but not getting your desired health and fitness results can cause the most pain.

These are just a few of the statements I hear on a regular basis:

  • I can’t lose weight
  • I have a slow metabolism
  • I’m big boned
  • I don’t have time to exercise
  • I can’t cook
  • I’m too busy
  • I can’t run
  • I can’t squat
  • My work is too hectic
  • I don’t know what exercises I should be doing
  • I eat healthy and i’m not losing weight (really???)
  • I’ve tried Atkins, Cambridge, Paleo, Juicing, Slimmers World, Weight Watchers, Rosemary Connolly and nothing works
  • I lost some weight then I put it back on
  • I used to be fit
  • I’m too old to exercise
  • I need to get fit before I start a proper training programme (this is the most baffling one I hear)

I’m sure there’s many more excuses/barriers. However I like to think of these statements as symptoms. Symptoms to much bigger problems. If you solve the big problems you will get the results you are after. Not only will you get the results you will maintain them for life!

Here are the 3 big problems you are suffering with:

  1. You don’t have the knowledge of how to put together a complete programme.
  2. You don’t have workable plan of action that integrates all the components necessary for your success.
  3. You don’t have a support system that holds you accountable to get you the results you desire and not only get results, maintain them for life.
