Healthy, Raspberry & Almond Flapjacks
These flapjacks are very healthy and tasty. If you’ve got a sweet tooth they are perfect for you. Quick easy guilt free snack. They are also gluten, wheat and dairy free. I made these bad boys last weekend and they tasted amazing! Enjoy!
Ingredients
200g of rolled porridge oat
150g of fresh or frozen raspberries
100g of flaked almonds
70g of gluten and wheat free flour
1 egg
100g of organic honey
Method
The method for the flapjacks is so simple. Simply preheat your oven to 180 degrees. Put baking paper/grease proof paper into baking tray or tin. Mix all the ingredients well in a mixing bowl then spread evenly on your baking tray. Press down the mixture and bake in the oven for 25 mins. Keep an eye on them so they don’t burn. Remove from oven let them cool and enjoy!
