"When I was first introduced to Ali, I had been aware of the calibre of his training and nutrition methods through mutual friends of ours. I wouldn’t have been hesitant in saying that I regarded myself as physically in good shape with a solid knowledge bank of what I needed to be doing in the gym and eating outside of the gym. The only real drawback for me, was the regularity with which I kept getting injured and particularly felt sore in certain joints (hip, knee). So even though I felt confident and clued up on what I needed to do, I saw a direct benefit to my health to at least see what Ali had to offer.

I was remarkably surprised. Within 3-4 weeks, I saw huge gains relating to my mobility, strength and physical appearance. He motivated me to train more frequently and to integrate the gym with my everyday life. Additionally, he gave me nutritional support and was there on hand even out of hours if I needed advice. Ali is able to measure a number of different factors contributing to body composition and with that, was able to see that in a period of 6 weeks I gained 4kg of muscle without any inclusion of fat. An achievement I haven’t managed in 8 years of consistent exercise in the gym.

"Before I started to work with Ali I was struggling to lose body weight, even though I swam regularly. My goal was to learn how to do effective exercises to change my body shape, lose 5-6 kg and learn how to eat a healthy vegetarian diet.
